About Women and Child Welfare Association

Women and child welfare association a reputed voluntary organization established to upliftment of women and youth in rural india . IT IS Approved by Haryana Govt. and affiliated to council of education and skill Development . Association provides world class skill development facilities to anyone desired and willing to improve their skill level. Council will provides these facilities regardless of any economic, social and religious background.

Short term 2-6 month industry aligned courses aimed at enhancing the skill of ITI graduates , Current member of the workforce , college , student or anyone looking to acquire additional skills for the job in market. These programs are aimed at enhancing the value of the candidate in the job market and help a candidate to find a right job.

Mission

Our mission is to create opportunity of gainful employment unorganized /private sector and self–employment for rural families, specially disadvantaged sections. this is being achieved through up gradation of skills and capabilities with community participation.

Aims and Objective

I. To work for upliftment of education by establishing different education , Research and Training institution under prescribed syllabus .

II. To impart training in cutting & Tailoring , Beautician Trade , Readymade Garments , Leather Goods , Handloom , Khadi and jute Diversification , Computer Application , food processing , Poultry , piggery , Agriculture and traditional occupation to needy people.

III. To open maintain , support and help in the setting up different kind of technical /non –technical schools and institute.

IV. To create employment opportunity for women and youth through vocational training courses facilitated for skill development.

V. To implement innovative projects in education.

VI. To work on the govt. skills developing projects with association or without.

VII. To setup early childhood care and education center.
